Guided by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs), the group is developing a series of actionable guides that help professionals integrate sustainability into their work.
Published guides include:
- Carbon Reduction
- Circular Economy
- Climate Adaptation and Resilience
- Water
Subgroup leaders: Alice Berry, Marla Gillow and Alice Liddell
Currently in development:

Each guide is created collaboratively by industry experts and practitioners representing many member countries, offering both opportunities to contribute and to learn. If you’re interested in joining a specific guide group, please contact Luke Deamer or Kimberly Martin. Your involvement can help shape the future of sustainable geotechnical practice.
