The Technical Working Group also has three associated Task Groups;

  • EFFC/DFI Concrete Task Group
    The Group was formed in 2014 to address the issues that contractors experience on site with modern concrete mixes.
  • EFFC/DFI Support Fluids Task Group
    The Support Fluid Task Group was established in 2017 to investigate the preparation, characteristics and testing of support fluids.
  • EFFC/DFI NDT Guide Task Group
    The EFFC/DFI Non-Destructive Testing Technical Group (NDT TG) develops international guidance, best practices, and technical recommendations for the application and quality assurance of non-destructive testing methods in deep foundations and geotechnical construction.

Sustainability Working Group

This is the newest Working Group to form out of the EFFC. Its focus is to improve levels of sustainability within the geotechnical industry.
